5/28/2018 Week 30: Big News!!!

Its not just big news. Its heuge news. No pictures. But that's not the big news

I am changing missions. Right shocking. The first thing I thought of was how my mission call is no longer accurate. But yes. As of July 1st I will be apart of the Indiana Indianapolis mission. I will be apart of 2 stakes leaving the mission. I will receive a new mission president. Kinda sad. I mean I like my mission. But this is the Lord's will. I am excited don't get me wrong but I was expecting 2 stakes to be joining us but now not only do we lose 2 but we are only receiving one stake. It sucks but it doesn't. I have an email to forward parents about this when I am done so email them for questions because I don't have a clue how this is going to work. All I know is I know about 5 missionaries who are going with me.

But I guess I will talk about my week. I met a 103 year old lady and she kept telling me, "You should go to the kingdom hall they needs some good young men". I mean I am flattered but no amount of flattery will make me apostatize much less join a cult. No offense to any J-dubs but I don't think you should shame a person for leaving your so called church. There is a reason the preachers house is bigger than the church building its self. But yeah, 103. Thats before WWII by like over 20 years. Then I am going to Tims family reunion today for some reason. I taught his Aunt and now I am family. Then I committed someone to be baptized July 15 (meant June 15) but at the rate he is going it will be July. He said yes though. If he starts progressing I give more information about him. He is just having a hard time with stuff. I taught about 7 people this week. Its over 90 degrees outside and we have to bike in white shirts and ties every day for a couple hours. I basically have a pet dog now. Tim's dog is now my dog. Also I started a garden this week because P-days start to get boring. I am probably work on that more today. I have 2 flowers planted and I have 3 full bushes to pull out. We also had our landlord come this morning and put in a new A/C which feels amazing. It dropped our house from 80 degrees (with humidity) to 60 degrees. So happy. And last but not least I sealed the hole that the chipmunk would use to get in the house with a rock. Don't worry it is not inside. I hope.

I just got off the phone with our mission president. Elder Moncrief and I are being transfered to New Castle, Indiana.

I guess that's all for this week. Talk to you all later. BYE.
